This is a Regina Payne design called Mountain Girl. This one has a crystal focal complimented with larimar cabochons and more crystals. The cupchain really sets this piece off adding so much sparkle, then it’s tamed back down with the pale blue and dark red accents. This has been beaded onto a metal cuff and line with white leather so it can be shaped to fit any size wrist.
